摘要 1994年,Chalfie [1]等在研究维多利亚水母(Aequoreg victoria)发光机制时,发现水母发光蛋白(Aequorea)与Ca2+结合后,激发绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protem,GFP),使其发出绿色荧光.其后,他们成功地分离出GFP基因,最早用野生型GFP作报告基因,在原核和真核生物中得到表达.此后,人们对GFP的性质和应用进行了更深入的研究.现在,GFP已成为一个在完整细胞膜内或组织内监测基因表达和蛋白定位的理想标记,广泛应用于多种生物体[2].目前,GFP在研究牙周细胞的生物学行为、探讨牙周疾病病理机制、组织工程进行牙周重建等方面已得到了广泛应用.
