摘要
本文研究了青霉素萃取工艺中的乳化成因,并用常用的阳离子表面活性剂十五烷基溴化吡啶(PPB)及十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(1231)为破乳剂研究其破乳能力及其作用规律,结果表明,PPB和1231在较高浓度下都有较好的破乳效果.
The effects of cationic surfactants on emulsion and demulsification during extraction of penicillin G from the filtered fermentation broth With dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(1231)and pentadecyl pyridine bromide(PPB)as demulsifiers respectively are reported in this paper.Experimental results showed that these cationic surfactants have good and similar effects of demulsification,but the demulsification mechanisms are somewhat different.PPB and 1231 should be used in relatively high concentrations,and this can lead to problems in enviromental contamination.
