摘要
在装有不同直径导流管的塔中,采用能悬浮于水中的固体示踪颗粒测量液体循环时间,提出无因次循环时间(θc)和液体循环速度(V_(LR))的实验关联式.在导流管充气的塔中实验获得最小液体循环时间的临界直径比(D_R/D_o)_c当(D_R/D_o)≥(D_R/D_o)_c时,θ_c和 V_(LR)值的计算可采用环隙区中充气塔的相应关联式.
The liquid circulation time in the internal loop reactor (0.112 m in diameter) with draft tubes of three different diameters is measured with solid tracer particles which can be suspended freely in water.Experimental correlations for dimensionless circulation time(θ_c) and liquid circulation velocity(V_(LR))are proposed. It is found experimentally that the minimum liquid circulation time occurs at a critical diameter ratio(D_R/D_0)_c in draught tube sparged reactor.When D_R/D_0≥(D_R/D_0)_c,the predicted values of θ_c and V_(LR) may be calculated by the corresponding correlation for the annulus sparged reactor.
