介绍了水平衡的涵义、工业用水各种考核指标及这些指标的计算方法,并通过实例分析,介绍水平衡在建设项目环境影响评价中的作用。
This paper introduced the meaning of water balance, the various assessing indexes in industrial supplying water as well as the calculating methods of these indexes, and analyzed with examples the function of water balance in environment effect assessment of construction projects.
