Analysis on the Causes of Invalidation of H - 270 Reboiler in Poly (vinyl alcohol) Plant

从材料成分、微观组织、断口形貌以及腐蚀产物等角度,分析了不锈钢再沸器开裂失效的原因。结果表明,介质中所含的微量氯离子引起的晶间型应力腐蚀开裂导致再沸器失效。

The causes of the cracking and invalidation of stainless steel reboiler were analyzed in terms of ingredients of the material, microstructure, appearance of the breakpoints and the crud of corrosion. The result showed that the direct reason of reboiler invalidation was the intercrystalline stress corrosion and crack caused by micro-chloride in the medium.
