摘要
采用高频熔样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法实现了对镁铬砖耐火材料中主量元素镁、铬、钙、铁和铝同时分析。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.026-0.241μg/mL,回收率为94.79%~102.72%,RSD小于1.81%。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于镁铬砖的测定,结果满意。
It is reported in this paper that the high frequency fusion method decompose technique is used in the Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) method determination of Mg,Cr,Ca,Fe and Al in Magnesian-chrome tile refractory.The various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The limit of the method is 0.026-0.241 μg/mL. The recycling rate ranks from 94.79% to 102.72%.RSD is less than 1.81%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.il is used in the determination of Magnesian-chrome tile with the result is satisfactory.
