The paper introduces the training specification and the implement method of International Welding Engineer(IWE), International Welding Technologist (IWT), International Welding Specialist (IWS) and International Welding Practitioner (IWP) which has been carryied out for some years, and introduces the training specification and the implement method of Internationl Welder(IW) and International Welding Inspection Persomel (IWIP), which are about to be carried out .
