摘要
TABNAK气田碳酸盐岩地层气层压力低 ,仅为 0 .86~ 0 .91MPa/ 10 0m ,裂缝发育 ,钻井过程中极易发生漏失和井喷。分别采用了LCM段塞堵漏、水泥浆堵漏和LCM随钻堵漏措施。经TBK气田 17口井钻井实践表明 ,TBK气田灰岩地层裂缝很窄 ,LCM段塞堵漏很容易封住裂缝 ,但有效期很短 ,当裂缝表面的LCM被冲掉后 ,或新地层再次出现裂缝时 ,井漏现象继续发生 ;水泥浆堵漏有效期短 ,堵漏时间长 ,成本高 ;而LCM随钻堵漏钻井液 ,配制简单 ,即漏即堵 ,效果好 ,成本低 ,既节省时间 ,又节省材料 ,可满足TBK气田的钻井施工要求。
In TABNAK Gas field, the pressure factor of carbonate rock is as low as 0.86~0.91 MPa/100 m, and the fissure is in mature stage, thus lost circulation and well blowout are easy to occur. In order to cure lost circulation in gas-bearing layers, LCM slug plugging, cement slurry plugging and LCM plugging while drilling technologies were tried. Results of 17 wells practice are as follows: 1) because the fissure width of carbonate rock is very narrow, it is easy to seal the fissures, but the effective period is short. When LCM particles on the surface of the fissures are flushed out or new fissures appear in the next layer, lost circulation happens again; 2) cement slurry plugging produce short effective period either, and the costly plugging operation occupy a lot of time; whilst 3) using plugging while drilling technology, the drilling fluid is prepared conveniently, and sealing efficiency is high. It is in low cost of both time and materials. The plugging while drilling technology satisfied drilling requirements of TABNAK Gasfield.
