摘要
基于物料平衡控制理论及方法,建立稳态模型,并采用动态补偿,前馈控制方法,以SPECTROM系统实现其过程控制,使丙烯合格率由原来的95.4%提高到99.9%。
Based on the theory and the method of material balance control, the steady-state model of a column is developed. Using dynamic compensation and feedforward contol, the SPECTROM system realizes process control in this column. As a result, the qualification rate of propene has been increased from 95.4% up to 99.9%.
