随着油田主辅分离改革力度的加大,油田物业要想在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,必须转变依赖油田的等、靠、要思想。要努力实现物业服务由管理型向经营型的转变,在稳住油田内部市场的同时,大力实施品牌战略,加强人才培养,组建专业化队伍,积极开辟外部市场,拓展生存发展的空间。

Along with the further reform of oilfield to separate the supplement industry from the main industry,oilfield property must change the dependent mentality of 'waiting for'、'relying on' and 'asking for'in order to get survival and development in intense market competition. To realize the change of property service from administration type to management type with great efforts,while assuring the internal market of oilfield,we should implement trademark strategy vigorously,strengthen talent training,establish professional troop,exploit external market actively and extend the space of survival and development.
