党员思想情感与时代背景、环境条件有着必然联系,党员教育在思想方法、教育方法方面应当反映认识规律,适应社会发展和事物间的内在联系,方能奏效。
The thoughts and feelings of Party member has the positive connections with their times background and ambient conditions. Only by reflecting cognitive law in ideological and educational method,and adapting the internal relations between social development and things,can the Party member education be effective.
