一个企业有无完善、齐备的计量器具和管理制度,是衡量企业节能工作的基准。没有计量节能成果,效益无从谈起。胜利油田年耗能480万吨标煤,价值40多亿元,占油田可变生产成本的28%左右。因此,节约能源是我们挖潜增效、降低成本的重要途径之一,本文就能源计量管理的重要性以及怎样加强能源计量管理作了论述。

Whether an enterprise is equipped with a complete set of measuring instruments and relevant management system is a basic measure of energy conservation in the enterprise.No mention can be made of economic benefit without quantitative achievements in energy conservation.Four years of energy consumption in Shengli Oilfield has amounted to 4,800,000 tons of standard coal,which is worth more than 4 billion yuan,totalling about 28% of the oilfield′s variable cost.so energy conservation is one of the important means of tapping potentals to reduce cost for benefit.In this paer,a discussion is made on the importance of quantitative management and on how to strengthen quantitative manage-ment for energy conservation.
