气相色谱法测定人血清中甲基对硫磷

DETERMINATION OF METHYL-PARATHION IN MANKIND BLOOD SERUM BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

目的 建立一种人血清中甲基对硫磷的萃取分离及气相色谱测定方法。方法 血清经丙酮萃取后 ,离心分离 ,用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法测定甲基对硫磷的含量。结果 检出限为 0 0 5ng ,最低检出浓度为 0 4 0 μg/ml,平均加标回收率为 92 1 %～ 1 0 2 3% ,相对标准偏差为 4 6 8%～ 5 97%。 结论 方法灵敏度高 ,且简便、快速。

Objective To build a gas chromatography method(GC-FPD)to extract,separate and determine Methyl-Parathion in mankind blood serum.Methods We extract Methyl-Parathion in mankind blood serum with acetone,separate it by centrifugalizing,and then directly determine its content by GC-FPD.Results The limit line of Methyl-Parathion in mankind blood serum is 0.05ng.The recoveries of low,middle and high three kinds added are between 92.1% and 102.3%.The relative standard deviations (RSD)are between 4.68%and 5.97%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,sensitive and accuracy.
