The Molecular Biological Mechanisms of Mild Hypothermia Protecting Against Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 亚低温对脑缺血具有保护作用 ,其具体机制尚不完全清楚。文章从分子生物学角度综述了亚低温对脑缺血后神经元凋亡相关级联反应、炎症反应相关因子、基质金属蛋白酶、一氧化氮合酶和钙调神经磷酸酶的影响 ,进一步阐述了亚低温脑保护的机制。 Mild hypothermia is neuroprotective in cerebral ischemia. However, its specific mechanisms are not very clear. The article reviews the effects of mild hypothermia on neuronal apoptosis related cascade reaction, inflammatory response related factors, matrix metalloproteinase, nitric oxide synthase, calcineurin after cerebral ischemia from the point of molecular biology, and further explains the neuroprotective mechanism of mild hypothermia.
