摘要 小胶质细胞在中枢神经系统 (CNS)中起重要作用 ,与CNS的生理功能和病理过程密切相关。小胶质细胞的活化和调控过程涉及多种因素 ,如细胞因子、某些蛋白质和酶、细胞内外离子和电位的变化等。 Microglia plays an important role in the central nervous system (CNS). It is closely associated with physiological function and pathological process of CNS. The processes of activation and regulation of microglia involve in many factors, such as cytokine, some proteins, enzyme, intra- or extra-cellular ions, the changes of potential, etc.
