河南省人间布氏菌病流行因素分析

Epidemiologic analysis of human brucellosis in henan province

目的 分析河南省布氏菌病流行因素 ,探讨预防控制对策。方法 采用回顾性流行病学分析的方法 ,对河南省 1981～ 2 0 0 3年布氏菌病发病情况、流行特征和疫情活跃的原因进行分析。结果 1981～ 2 0 0 3年全省检出新发布氏菌病人 1895例 ,年发病率 ( 0 .0 0 1～ 0 .2 ) /10万 ;病例散布在 72个县 (市、区 ) ,其中偶发县有 5 6个 ,散发县有 10个 ,高发县有 6个 ;80年代病例较少 ,90年代缓慢增加 ,2 0 0 0年以后大幅度增加。发病时间以 2～ 7月较多 ,发病人群以饲养放牧等农村人口为主。结论 河南省自 90年代以来人间布氏菌病疫情活跃 ,疫情回升的原因与有关部门重视不够、财政投入不足、病畜难以淘汰。

Objective To understand the epidemic trend and fine out prophylactic measures. Methods We prospectively studied the distributive features of brucellosis over the years 1981 to 2003 and further analyzed its epidemiological characteristics. Results 1895 newly affected cases of brucellosis were examined , The incidence rate per year was 0.001 to 0.2/100,000; 72 districts were distributed ,among them 56 adventive,10 sporadical,6 highly occured; the cases were rare in 1980s ,increased slowly in 1990s and rocketed quickly since 2000.The common affected season was between February and July, the dominant sufferers were herders. poor management strategies and financial input, difficult elimination of infected livestock and lack of effective human immune prevention are attributed to the widespread of the disease. Conclusions Poor administration in preventing and controlling brucellosis results in its active epidemic situation of brucellosis since 1990 in henan province.
