摘要
本文设计开发了一种智能蓄电池性能测试仪,用电压、电流法和比例法分别对蓄电池内阻进行检测,并可根据蓄电池内阻变化情况分析蓄电池的性能。该仪器以ADuC812单片机作为主控芯片,采用新型信号发生电路和信号采样转换电路,可根据被测蓄电池型号和工作环境的不同适时改变交流信号的频率和幅值,并能与上位机进行通信。
A battery capability testing instrument has been studied and developed. The battery internal resistance has been tested and analyzed by used of the voltage-current method and proportion method. The instrument has ADuC812 main chip, new signal occur circuit and sampling transform circuit. It can change frequency and amplitude of AC signal on basis of the battery type and environment and communicate with upper computer.
