摘要 目的:探讨细胞黏附分子钙黏蛋白(E-cad)、层粘连蛋白(LN、Ⅳ型胶原蛋)白(ColⅣ)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术对80例乳腺癌标本E-cad,LN,ColⅣ和PCNA的表达进行检测。结果:非侵袭性癌、分化Ⅰ级及临床早期的乳腺癌中,E-cad低表达率分别为5%,11%及27%;LN和ColⅣ的低表达率分别为11%和21%,11%和21%,52%和48%;PCNA的高表达率分别为37%,37%及41%。侵袭性癌、分化Ⅲ级及临床晚期的乳腺癌中,E-cad低表达率分别为62%,88%及75%;LN和ColⅣ的低表达率分别为77%和82%,75%和88%,86%和92%;PCNA的高表达率分别为69%,81%及86%。无转移和有转移者中,E-cad低表达率分别为14%及69%;LN和ColⅣ的低表达率分别为28%和38%,80%和84%;PCNA的高表达率分别为24%及82%。生存期≥5年和生存期<5年者中,E-cad低表达率分别为28%及83%;LN和ColⅣ的低表达率分别为44%和50%,90%和97%;PCNA的高表达率分别为44%及90%。结论:E-cad,LN,ColⅣ和PCNA的表达可作为判断乳腺癌浸润转移及预后的重要指标。 AIM:To investigate the relationship of the expressions of E cadherin(E cad),laminin(LN),collagen IV(Col IV),and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) with their biological behaviors of breast cancer. METHODS:The expressions of E cad,LN,Col IV and PCNA in 80 cases of breast cancer were measured with immunohistochemical method. RESULTS:The low expression rates of E cad in non invasive cancer,differential grade I and clinical early breast cancer were 5%,11% and 27%, respectively,for LN and Col IV were 11% and 21%,11% and 21%,52% and 48%,respectively,for PCNA with high expression rates were 37%, 37% and 41%respectively.The low expression rates of E cad in invasive cancer,differential grade III and clinical advanced breast cancer were 62%,88% and 75%,respectively,for LN and Col IV were 77% and 82%,75% and 88%, 86% and 92%, respectively,for the high expression rates of PCNA were 69%,81% and 86%,respectively.The low expression rates of E cad in metastasis and non metastasis were 14% and 69%,respectively,for LN and Col IV were 28%and 38%,80% and 84%,respectively,for PCNA were 24% and 82%,respectively.The low expression rates of E cad in patients with the survival time no less than 5 years or less than 5 years were 28% and 83%,respectively.The low expression rates of LN and Col IV were 44% and 50%,90% and 97%,respectively,for PCNA were 44% and 90%,respectively. CONCLUSION:The expressions of E cad,LN,Col IV and PCNA can be used as important indicates for the judgments of tumor infiltration, metastasis and prognosis in breast cancer.
