脑膜瘤生物学行为与预后评估中PCNA及nm23-H1蛋白的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究人脑膜瘤中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA和nm23-H1蛋白表达情)况。方法:采用免疫组化的方法,对49例人脑膜瘤石蜡切片标本中PCNA和nm23-H1蛋白进行检测。结果:恶性脑膜瘤中PCNA标记指数PCNALI)显著高于良性脑膜瘤((t=5.55,P<0.05)和非典型性脑膜瘤(t=2.96,P<0.05),恶性脑膜瘤nm23-H1表达明显低于非典型性脑膜瘤P<0.05)和良性脑膜(瘤P<0.05)。复发组脑膜瘤PCNALI显著高于未复发组脑膜瘤((t=5.40,P<0.05);而复发组脑膜瘤nm23-H1蛋白显著低于未复发组脑膜瘤(χ=4.71,P<0.05)。2结论:PCNA高表达与nm23-H1蛋白低表达同脑膜瘤的病理学分级相关。标计指数PCNALInm23-H1蛋白对预测脑膜瘤的复发有一定的和意义。 AIM:To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and nm23 H1 protein in human meningioma cells. METHODS:PCNA and nm23 H1 in paraffin sections in 49 patients with meningioma were detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:The exponent of PCNA(PCNA LI) in malignant meningioma was significantly higher than that in innocuous meningioma(t=5.55,P< 0.05)and in atypical meningioma(t=2.96,P< 0.05).However,the expression of nm23 H1 protein in malignant meningioma was significantly lower than that in atypical meningioma(P< 0.05) and in innocuous meningioma(P< 0.05).The expression of PCNA LI in the recurrent meningioma group was significantly higher than that in non recurrent group(t=5.40, P< 0.05), and the expression of nm23 H1 protein was significantly lower(χ2=4.71, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The higher expression of PCNA and the lower expression of nm23 H1 protein are correlated with the pathological grade of meningioma cells.The indices of PCNA LI and nm23 H1 protein are significant to predict the recurrence of meningioma.
