摘要 表皮干细胞在组织修复过程中扮演着重要角色,是皮肤发生、修复、改建的源泉,研究表皮干细胞定位、分离鉴别、分化及调控机制,对于促进皮肤结构和功能的生理性修复具有重要意义。
