皮肤发育与再生修复过程中Wnt信号途径的生物学特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 皮肤的形成与再生修复是一个复杂的三维过程,是来自两个不同胚层组织中的信号因子相互调控的结果。Wnt信号途径是参与控制胚胎发育和组织修复的重要信号传导途径,大量资料证明Wnt信号具有多种生物学功能,广泛的存在于各种不同物种的生物发育及疾病发生过程中。W途径也参与了外胚层组织器官的生物学过程,具有调控nt皮肤及其附属器的发育,诱导皮肤附件的形态发生,调节毛囊的周期生长,促进创面修复等功能,因此,系统的研究Wnt基因在皮肤组织中时空表达和功能定位具有重要临床意义。就Wnt信号途径的生物学特性,传导通路中相关因子的相互作用和促进皮肤发育及创面修复的分子机制做一综述。
