摘要
在自制的 V-Sb/Al 催化剂(VSb_5WP_(0.5)Sn_(0.5)O_x)上,系统地考察了原料气中氨比(NH_3/C_3H_8)为1~2.5、氧比(O_2/C_3H_8)为2~4和水比(H_2O(g)/C_3H_8)为0~5对丙烷氨氧化制丙烯腈反应结果的影响;根据实验数据确定了该反应体系的网络模型,并用氧化-还原机理建立了丙烷氨氧化反应制丙烯腈的反应动力学模型。
The kinetic behavior of acrylonitrile synthesis via propane ammoxidation and effects of feed ratios(NH_3/C_3H_8、O_2/C_3H_8、H_2O/C_3H_8)were investigated on a V-Sb-O(W,P,Sn)mixed oxides.The results showed that acrylonitrile forms from two parallel ways.A network describing the reactions based on redox mechanism was established.
