相转移催化法合成双酚A型聚芳酯的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在相转移催化剂(BTEAC)存在下,将对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)和双酚A(BPA)进行界面缩聚反应,合成了高分子量的双酚A型聚芳酯。考察了BTEAC用量、NaOH用量、反应初始温度、有机相浓度、单体摩尔比及溶剂种类等因素对聚合反应的影响,用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、X-射线衍射等对共聚物的结构进行了表征。并通过聚合物的热失重分析,研究了端基结构对双酚A型聚芳酯热稳定性的影响。
