摘要 以克拉玛依减压渣油为原料,在实验室高压釜中考察了悬浮床加氢裂化分散型催化剂在不同条件下的加氢裂化反应。试验结果表明,在水溶性催化剂为基体的反应中,加入少量油溶性催化剂作为"诱导剂"可以改善反应状况,实现较高的裂化指标,转化率相对较高,生焦量相对较少,同时催化剂加入量较少。供氢剂的存在,进一步优化反应的裂化指标,表明供氢剂与两类催化剂间存在一定的协同作用。 Hydrocracking with Kelamayi vacuum residue as feedstock over suspended-bed dispersed catalyst was conducted in laboratory autoclave to investigate the hydrocracking reactions in different cases. It was shown that the hydrocracking index in the reaction over water-soluble base catalyst could be improved by adding small amount of oil-soluble dispersed catalyst as inducing catalyst. It also showed the advantages of higher conversion, less coke yield, and reducing the quantity of catalyst after the addition of the inducing catalyst. Additionally, it was found that there existed synergism between hydrogen donor and above two type catalysts.
