摘要
为进一步提高柴油低温流动性改进剂的感受性,在实验室以马来酸酐(MA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VA)、α-甲基丙烯酸高碳醇酯(AE)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,在一定条件下进行聚合,再用混合高级醇对该共聚物进行酯化,得到醇解三元共聚物EsMVA。该聚合物作为柴油低温流动性改进剂可以降低柴油的冷滤点和凝点。在添加量为500 μg/g时,可使乌石化0号柴油冷滤点由原来的-2℃降低到-5℃,凝点由原来的0℃降低到-8℃;可使独石化0号柴油的冷滤点由原来的-1℃降低到-5℃,凝点由原来的1℃降低到-9℃。该剂与国产剂T1804相比,降冷滤点效果基本相同,而T1804降低凝点的效果优于EsMVA。
Alcoholysis tripolymer EsMVA was prepared by maleic anhydrate, vinyl acetate and alkyl methacryate as raw materials with methyl-benzoyl-peroxide as initiating agent for increasingthe susceptibility of the diesel fluidity improver. The said copolymer could lower the cold filter plugging point and freezing point of diesel. At an said copolymer dosage of 500μg/g, the cold filter plugging points of Wulumuqi and Dushanzi diesels dropped from original -2℃ and -1℃ to -5℃ respectively; and their freezing points depressed from 0℃ and - 1 ℃ to - 8℃ and - 9 ℃ respectively. The said copolymer comparing with home made T1804 improver, the decrements of cold filter plugging points were almost the same, however, the effect of freezing point depressing of the latter was better than the former.
