摘要
在苯催化氧化固定床反应器中,以进料浓度的规则和不规则方波形式,进行浓度振荡操作研究。结果表明,反应器的浓度振荡可以提高顺酐的收率,且不规则方波振荡可以达到比规则方波振荡更佳的效果。同时在工业反应器上得到了验证。
The periodical operation of benzene oxidation processes in tubular fixed bed reactor was studied.The relation between period of oscillation and yield of maleic anhydride has also been studied by using two different modes of oscillation,viz,regular and irregular square waves.Results showed that the yield of maleic anhydride using irregular square wave concentration oscillation is not only higher than that of the steady state operation,but also higher then of the regular square wave oscillation.In preliminary tests of an industrial reactor the advantage of oscillating operation was confirmed.
