换热型一段炉运行状况的分析

ANALYSIS OF OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR A HEAT-EXCHANGER TYPE PRIMARY REFORMER

本文对LCA流程中的转化炉管内外运行过程进行了分析及讨论。结果表明,管内外传热温差较小,且由上至下呈增加趋势。

Analysis and discussion for the operation on the two sides of the tube of primary reformer in the LCA process have been carried out. The result shows that the temperature differences of heat transfer between the two sides of reactor tubes are less and the tendency is increased from the top of the tubes to the bottom.
