摘要
本文对新开发的蜂窝(FG)型规整填料萃取塔的流体力学和传质性能进行了系统的实验研究。结果表明,这种新型填料萃取塔的通量(比负荷)大,传质效率较高,已成功地应用于汽油脱硫醇的萃取过程中。
Experiments of investigation on flow characteristics and mass transfer efficiency in FG type structured packing extractor have been carried out. The result of experiments shows that a high throughput per unit area is achieved with better extraction efficiency in this new type of packing column. This new extractor has been applied to extraction of mercaptan from gasolines in success.
