摘要
在分析物理方法改性沥青中高聚物的相态特征和沥青改性机理的基础上,提出采用化学网构的方法实施沥青改性,即在高聚物改性沥青中通过活性剂使分散在沥青中的高聚物分子起化学反应,以化学键的形式在高聚物分子链之间形成强有力的三维空间网状结构,使高聚物宽广的粘弹域和优异的粘弹性能优势在沥青中得以充分发挥,从而达到提高沥青路用性能的目的。化学网构的形成通过显微镜摄相、沥青性能的变化和红外光谱图的对比分析得到证实。详细探讨了化学网构改性沥青生产工艺及性能特点。最后采用美国SHRP成果评价方法对化学网构改性沥青路用性能进行了评价。结果表明,沥青采用这种方法改性后,路用性能得到较大程度提高,效果较物理改性明显,体现出该技术的先进性。
On the basis of analyzing the phase of modifier and mechanism in physical modification, a new method for modifying asphalt with polymer is introduced in this paper. In the method, the chemical reac?tions take place among the polymer molecule chains dispersed in asphalt by adding active agents, forming strong three-dimensional space net-structures in chemical bonds. The net-phase-structure of polymer and as?phalt can fully utilize the wide range and superior properties of viscous-elasticity of the polymer in asphalt. Ex?istence of the chemical networking in asphalt has been proven by microscopic photography, changes in asphalt properties, and comparisons of spectrograms. Production techniques of the modi?fication and performance fea?tures of the asphalt are then discussed in detail in this paper. Finally, the polymer chemical networking modi?fied asphalt is evaluated using Superpave procedures. Results of the evaluation show that, compared to physi?cal modifications, the chemical modification can better improve the performance of asphalt, exhibiting to be a promising technology.
