摘要
研制了一种新的湿球温度计,它可以克服原干湿球湿度计测量精度难以保证的缺点,使α/k_H值的误差保持在±30%。而且还建立了一套在空气连续流动情况下,标定湿度计的装置。本研究成果为实现干燥操作过程中尾气湿度的在线测量与控制奠定了基础。
A new kind of wet-bubbl ■chrometer is developed, by which the error of α/h_H may be within ±30%, and the disadvantages of conventional psychrometers may be overcome by which the measurement precision is difficult to ensure. Also, a device for calibrating the Psychrometers in continuous air flow is set up. The research acheivements lay a fundation for realizing the humidity on-line measurement of purge gas in drying process.
