中冷油吸收脱甲烷塔计算机优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 对催化裂解装置裂解气分离回收单元的中冷油吸收脱甲烷塔的主要工艺参数应用大型化工软件PROCESS进行了优化和全面分析。在大量逐板计算的基础上,提出了不同于传统观念的新论断:在一定压力温度范围内,脱甲烷塔塔顶温度愈高,乙烯损失愈小。通过详尽的数据和分析比较,为节省能耗、增加乙烯收率、实现脱甲烷塔各工艺参数的最优组合指出了具体的途径。本文对已有类似装置的生产及新装置的设计有一定参考价值。 The major process parameters of demethanizer in the recovery section of FCC unit are optimized and analysed by using the chemical simulator process. Based on the enormous plate-to -plate calculation, a new concept differing from the traditional conclusion is put forward, from which it is believed that in certain range of pressure and temperature, the higher the temperature at the top of demethanizer, the less the loss of ethylene. By analyzing and comparing the calculation data, the practical ways are proposed for saving energy, improving ethylene yield and realizing the optimal integration of process parameters of demethanizer. The results obtained may be refered as a valuable reference to the existing plant and green-site plant.
