陕西省新生儿卡介苗接种质量监测

Surveillance of the Quality of Neonatal BCG Vaccination in Shaan'xi Province

目的 :了解陕西省新生儿卡介苗接种工作的质量情况。方法 :对 1992年至 2 0 0 1年本省各年新生儿卡介苗接种工作监测和质量监控结果记录进行统计 ,逐年分析。结果 :1992年至 2 0 0 1年本省新生儿卡介苗接种率、卡痕率和接种后 12周结核菌素 (结素 )试验阳转率以及结素反应平均直径等 4项指标均比较稳定 ,接种率均在 97.4 %以上。并发症发生率近年来下降 ,2 0 0 1年为 2 7.4 / 10万。结论 :陕西省新生儿卡介苗接种工作质量较高并在 1993年至 2 0 0 1年保持了各项监测指标的稳定。

Objective To evaluate the quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Shaanxi province.Methods To conduct a yealy analysis for the filed data of local neonatal BCG vaccination form 1992 to 2001.Results Four indications such as the BCG vaccination rate,the scar rate,the PPD positive rate after 12 weeks’BCG vaccination,the mean value of diameter of theinduration in tuberculin skin test varied very little during 1992 to 2001 in the provinge.The vaccination rates were a11 above 97 %.There was a decline in syndrome rate-in recent years and was 27.7 % in 2001.Conclusion The quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Shaanxi province were good and all indications in relation to surveillance were stable from 1993 to 2001.
