摘要
信号交叉口延误的测算,是城市道路交通运行分析和评价的核心之一。经典的Webster模型因其自身的局限性,并不能用来计算拥挤条件下的延误。在拟全面、综合的分析各种延误计算模型的假设前提、建立过程和适用范围的情况下,提出根据饱和度不同而分别选用Webster模型和Akcelik模型来计算交叉口延误,最后讨论延误计算模型在交叉口设计中的应用。
To ascertain the traffic delay of signal intersection is one of the keys used in urban road traffic analysis and evaluation. Because of its inherent limitation, traditional Webster's model couldn't be used to calculate the delay when traffic jam is present. This paper will analyze all kinds of models of calculating the delay comprehensively and generally, including their presuppositions, modeling and limitation. Then it will draw the conclusion that rested with the road saturation, Webster's model or Akcelik's model should be chosen to calculate the delay of signal intersection. Finally, it will discuss the application of delay models for projecting intersections.
