摘要
公司的社会责任是近年来出现在多门学科领域的一个重要概念,也是构建公司与社会和谐关系的一种思想。作为极富建设性的思想,理论界对其诠释尚未形成一致公认的界说。本文站在肯定公司社会责任的立场,从法理上就公司社会责任的真正含义以及为什么强化公司社会责任等问题进行了论述。
The monograph probes into an extremely disputed matter of corporate social responsibility in this century. It is also an idea of combining corporate and society. It intends to answer the following question: how does it come into being; what is corporate social responsibility; how to strengthen corporate social responsibility and how to fulfill it.
