合作、竞争和单干三种情境分剐追求共赢、争赢和自赢的学习结果,而合作型学习具有竞争型学习和单干型学习所难以匹敌的情境优势。合作学习将学生置身于一种满足需要、关爱尊重、相互认同、利益共享的情境之中,为学习者学习动机的形成、维持和发展提供了一种有效的策略。
Cooperative learning, competitive learning and individualistic learning aim to achieve the winning outcomes for all the participants, the surpassing rival and the individual learner respectively. In a situation full of satisfaction, care, respect, mutual identity and benefit, learners engaged in cooperative learning are provided with an effective strategy for initiating, sustaining and enhancing their motivation for learning.
