摘要
本文试图以“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目评估为切入点,结合上海电大对不同层级教师的角色定位及其竞争力的界定,从培养和提高学生的综合能力角度,尝试提出了学科带头人或专业负责人的核心竞争力、课程主持教师的综合竞争力以及课程主讲或面授教师的基础竞争力的全新概念,以期探讨构建开放大学教师竞争力体系的方法与意义,并引出对学校核心竞争力问题的有关思考。
This article attempts to seek a breakthrough point with the assessment of 'CRTVU's Personnel Training Mode Reform & Open Educational Pilot Project', combined with making a reservation of different levels teacher's role and the definition on competitiveness of STVU, and seen through the angle of training and improving students' integration capability. This article tries to propose a brand-new concept about different competences corresponding with three kinds of teachers, such as the key competitiveness of the pace-setter in academic research or the professional director, the synthesized competitiveness of the teacher in change of course, and the basic competitiveness of tutor. All above aim at probing into the method and the meaning of constructing a teacher' s competitiveness system of open university, and also drawing the relevant thought to the key competitiveness of the university itself.
