The Application of Engineering Supervision in the Communication Engineering Management

自工程监理引入中国以来,人们进行了大量的有行业针对性的研究。然而这类研究,无论是在我国的理论界还是在工程界,都以建筑工程为多。通信工程作为工程项目的一种,有许多区别于其他项目的特点。然而,针对通信工程监理的研究却甚少。本文结合实际工程建设情况,对在移动通信工程建设中开展工程监理进行探讨。文章阐述了工程建设监理的概念,工程建设监理与质监工作的区别;对移动通信工程监理的发展思路、监理单位的选择以及监管措施提出了设想,并就相关监理成本问题进行了分析探讨。

Since the birth of Engineering Supervision in China, there have been numerous studies of Engineering Supervision focusing on various industries. In these industries, construction industry is the most outstanding one, which takes up a large part of these studies in our country, either in the theoretical circle or in the engineering circle. Conversely, communication engineering is rarely involved in Engineering Supervision. In fact, considering their unique features, it' s worth exploring for communication engineering. This paper intends to discuss Engineering Supervision of mobile communication engineering on the basis of practical situation in the following aspects: the concept of engineering supervision, the difference between Engineering supervision and quality supervision, the development trends of this kind of supervision, the selection of supervision companies, suggestions on supervision measures and engineering supervision cost.
