成人教育在构建学习型社会中扮演着重要角色,发展普通高校的成人教育应更新观念,打破常规,坚持以人为本,从教学、师资、学生等方面的管理进行改革和创新,以适应成教发展的需要,为构建学习型社会作出应有的贡献。

Adult education has played an important role in constructing the 'learning-type' society.On developing the adult education in regular institutions of higher education,the measures should be adopted of updating the concept, breaking with the conventions, persisting in the 'human-oriented' principle and innovating the managment of teaching affairs,teachers and students to meet the needs of adult education development and make a definite contribution to be construction of the 'learning-type' society.
