CT在脊柱骨髓瘤中的早期诊断价值

The diagnosis of myeloma with CT

要 :目的 探讨CT在早期诊断脊柱骨髓瘤中的影像价值。方法 搜集 2 7例临床检查可疑脊柱骨髓瘤的患者 ,应用GE SYTEC16 0 0C型CT机平扫。结果 骨质疏松 11例 ,13例诊断为骨髓瘤 ,3例诊断为转移性骨肿瘤。结论 CT平扫对脊柱骨髓瘤的诊断具有很高的应用价值 ,尤其是对脊柱骨髓瘤的影像诊断更具优势。

Objective To evaluate CT scan in the diagnosis of the myeloma of rachis. Methods:Twenty-seven patients suspected with myeloma after clinical test were diagnosed with Sytec-1600c GE plain scan.Results:The pathology and surgery detected osteoporsis in 11cases.myeloma in 13 cases, metastatic tumor in 3 cases. Conclusion:CT scan is a very useful method in the diagnosis of rachial myeloma, especially in eary detection.
