Based on the explanation of the concept of lean producton (LP) and the major method for implementing LP, it is explored that, taking SVW Engine Plant as the case, under the condition of modern series-production, how to introduce the method of LP, so as to enhance the economic efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise.
