摘要
本文主要介绍先张法空心板梁 15 4m台座设计及空心板梁施工要点 ,先张法空心板梁 15 4m台座设计采用连续型倒T型结构 ,空心板梁张拉及放施工时应注意均匀性、夹片回缩量、切割时先两侧后中间对称进行等 ;并结合省内、外已建先张法预应力砼空心板梁台座作了经济比较 ,从比较结果看 ,该台座相应节约单位台座制作成本约 30 %。
This paper mainly describes the design of 154-meter long platform for precast-prestressed void beam and key points of using this type of beam in construction. The reversed T-type structure is adopted in designing the 154-meter long platform for precast-prestressed void beam, that the uniform of the void beam should be noted in prestressing and releasing the prestressing tendons, ant that to reduce the rebounced amount of clamping plates, the prestressing tendons are cut at both side first and then at the middle symmetrically, etc. Comparison of the proposed platform with those platforms for precast-prestressed void beams used in and/or outside the province is also presented regarding economic factor in the paper. The results indicate that the proposed platform can save about 30% manufacture cost for each platform.
