针对巴喀原稳厂常压塔顶不凝气进常压炉作为燃料引起的不利因素进行了分析,提出了解决方案,并对常压塔顶不凝气系统进行了改造,解决了作为燃料燃烧引起的不利因素及不凝气放空问题,提高了装置的经济效益,降低了装置的加工损耗。

In line with the problems occurred in feeding non-condensable gas into the atmospheric furnace as fuel in Baka Production Plant, a scheme was put forward to solve them. The non - condensable gas unit on the top of the atmospheric tower was reformed accordingly, which solved the problems caused by burning the gas and gas blow off, and increased the economic benefit of the unit with lower processing loss.
