摘要
介绍了显色剂5-溴-水杨基萤光酮(5-Br-SAF)的合成.详细研究了试剂在 CTMAB 存在下与铋的显色反应.体系的灵敏度很高,摩尔吸光系数ε为3.29×10~5.采用巯基棉分离方法,能显著提高体系的选择性。用拟定的方法测定了纯锡和自来水中的微量铋,结果满意。
The synthesis of a colour reagent 5-Br-SAFhas been described,and its colour reactionwith bismuth in the presence of CTMAB hasbeen investigated.This reaction is highlysensitive with a molar absorptivity of 3.29×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).After separation.the methodbecomes highly selective.The method hasbeen applied to the determination of bismuthcontent in tin and water.
