东江三大水库转变功能目的及调节计算原理

Change in the Main Function of Three Large Reservoirs Along Dongjiang and the Relevant Regulating Calculation Principle

新丰江水库、枫树坝水库、白盆珠水库通称东江三大水库 ,通过对东江流域内外现状及未来的供用水情况分析及供需平衡计算 ,说明东江三大水库必须改为以防洪供水为主调度 ,才能满足日益增长的需水要求 。

Xinfengjiang reservoir,Fengshuba reservoir and Baipenzhu reservoir are called the three large reservoirs of Dongjiang river. This paper analyzes the present and future situation of water supply and utilization inside and around Dongjiang River Basin, and makes a calculation on its equilibrium of water supply and demand. The results show that the main function of the three large reservoirs of Dongjiang river should be changed as the flood prevention and water supply must be given a first place. Based on these researches, this paper also gives a detailed exposition about the regulating calculation principle of the three reservoirs dispatch that mainly relies on water supply and studies the guarantee degree of the water using departments concerned.
