摘要
针对黄埔发电厂 6 # 机组高压调门油动机存在的卡涩现象 ,根据设备解体的具体情况 ,找出主要原因。分析发现高压调门油动机内部件连接的设计不合理。进而根据设备特点和实际情况制定出改进方案。方案实施后取得良好效果 。
The 6 # generator's hydraulic servomotor in Huangpu power plant is prone to get stuck while operating. According to its disassembled details, this paper figures out the chief causes of the fault and reveals its interior assembly-junction imperfection through further analysis. Based on the device's characteristics, moreover, this paper provides practical improvement which has already avoided the stuck problem successfully after its application.
