三维有序大孔聚苯乙烯的制备及表征 被引量:12

Synthesis and characterization of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous polystyrene

摘要 采用播种生长法制备了粒径为 330nm的单分散胶体二氧化硅 (SiO2 ) ,并对单分散的SiO2 颗粒表面进行改性 ,以提高颗粒对苯乙烯单体的亲和力 .然后通过垂直沉积法组装出SiO2 胶粒晶体模板 .依靠毛细管力将苯乙烯前驱物快速填充进模板颗粒的间隙 ,加热原位聚合 ,用氢氟酸去除模板后制得三维有序大孔聚苯乙烯 .扫描电子显微镜结果显示 ,所合成的孔材料高度有序 ,孔腔尺寸约为 2 10nm ,孔腔之间由较小孔窗连接 。 Three_dimensionally ordered macroporous polystyrene was successfully synthesized through using silica sphere colloid crystals as template and in_situ polymerization of styrene inside the template. The silica spheres with a diameter of 330 nm and 2.75% relative standard deviation were prepared by seeding method. For the purpose of improving the wetting ability between the silica particles and styrene, the hydrophilic surface of silica particles was switched to hydrophobic by 3_Aminopropyl_triethoxysilan (APS). Three_dimensionally ordered colloidal crystal was prepared by assembling the modified particles through a vertical deposition technique at 30℃ for 48h. Styrene monomer was filled into the void of the template and the polymerization of the styrene was carried out at 60℃ for 6h, being used (put the initiator in here) as initiator. The three_dimensionally ordered macroporous polystyrene was thus obtained by removing the silica template from polystyrene materials with 0.4% HF. The macroporous polystyrene shows a beautiful iridescence in reflected light, which resulted from Bragg diffraction. SEM images indicated that the pores with a diameter of about 210nm were arrayed periodically and connected with each other.
