摘要
4种1-苯基-3-氨基-5-氧代-4-苯偶氮吡唑衍生物1的合成,并对1进行重氮化、关环形成相应的2H-2-苯基-3-氧代-5H-5-取代苯基吡唑并[3,4-e]-1,2,3,4-四嗪衍生物2。所合成8种化合物的结构已经元素分析和红外光谱确定。
By coupling 1-phenyl-3-amino-5-pyrazolone with diazotized aniline or substituted anilines in the pres-■ of pyridine,a series of arylhydrazones were pre-pared in high yield.These compounds were cyclized bydiazotisation forming 2H-2-phenyl-3-oxo-5H-5-arylpyrazolo [3,4-e]-1,2,3,4-tetrazine derivatives.
