Syntheses of some chiral α-bromo-carboxylic esters

以亚硫酰氯为试剂和溶剂合成了8个手性α-溴代酸酯,其中两个是新化合物。与传统方法相比,不需使用红磷,反应条件温和、操作简便、产率高。

Eight chiral α-bromo-carboxylic esters were syn-thesized by using thionyl chloride as the solvent andreagent,two of them are new compounds.Comparedwith traditional methods,this method needn't redphosphorous and is easy to operate.The yields are ex-cellent and the reaction gives almost entirely α-mono-brominated products.
