瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 近 10年来瘢痕疙瘩发病机制的研究有了很大的进展 ,对组织标本及体外培养的成纤维细胞生长、胶原代谢的分析研究 ,充分说明了瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的异常性 ,通过对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的进一步研究 ,并随着细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学等在创面愈合领域的不断深入 ,有望在不久的将来揭开瘢痕疙瘩形成之谜。
