摘要
本文通过测量TiO_2半导体超微粒子的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和激发光谱以及荧光寿命。研究表面化学修饰的TiO_2超微粒子的光学性质,讨论了量子尺寸效应,偶极效应和介电环境效应对TiO_2超微粒子光学性质的影响。同体相TiO_2材料相比,表面包覆一层表面活性剂分子的TiO_2超微粒子的吸收光谱明显地向长波方向移动。并且在室温下可观察到它们的光致发光。
Optical properties of TiO_2 semiconductor ultrafine particles (UFPs) with surface—chemical modification were studied by measuring absorption, photoluminescence and excitation spectra as well as the decay times of luminescence in this paper. The influence of quantum size effect, interracial dipole effect and dielectric confinement effect on the optical pro perties of TiO_2 UFPs is discussed. It is found that the absorption band edges of TiO_2 UFPs coated with a layer of surfactant molecules in organosols significantly shift to the red and clear photoluminescence is observed at room temperature, which are in contrast with that of bulk TiO_2.
